Our Online Training Program gives us the ability
to work with our players virtually anywhere.
These are great in off-season when players can't get to the facility and in-season using both practice and game video. We use Box for uploading of each player's video analysis and Zoom for that all important one-on-one time with your instructor.

How Does Online Training Work?
1. Film Yourself - using your phone or tablet; Upload your videos to the Box app.
2. Video Analysis - will be sent back with pro player comparisons and commentary from your instructor
3. Custom Training Program - with each video analysis your instructor provides a custom training plan to focus on your specific needs
4. Direct Instructor Access - using the Zoom app, connect one-on-one with your instructor to further explain adjustments and answer questions.
5. Drill Video Library - watch as your instructor walk you through the mechanics of every drill assigned to you.
Online Training Plans can be used for either hitting or pitching analysis. Separate Packages are required for players wanting both.
