Build the foundation of you swing with Coach David Pinsky. Focus will be on using the ground, staying balanced and getting through the ball!

HITTING & VELOCITY PROGRAM
Strength & skill development program designed to unlock the kinetic chain. Winter Session focuses on ramping up the arm, body and swing in preparation for the season.
Ages: 11-18

Athlete Lab... Build strength, speed and explosiveness. Exercises designed to develop kinetic energy starting from the ground and transferred up the body.
The Bullpen... Build the mechanics with Hit Trax video analysis, Rapsodo 3.0 pitch design, Plyocarethrowing program and time tested drills.
